Second Bars Support

TradeStation charts now support Second Bars, this is a major improvement – that all TS users have been waiting for.
Seconds Bars are now also supported within the EasyLanguage code, this means that any idea you have the needs to use higher precision time bars is now possible – for example our DIG Pace of Tape indicator is about to be released next week.
